    Service Delivery: Once payment is made, you are only entitled to a refund if we fail to complete the service you requested or fail to meet the quality standards agreed upon by both parties.
    Application Time: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery. Refund requests submitted after this time will not be accepted.

  2. Return Policy
    Since we provide professional CAD drafting services, returns of physical products are generally not applicable. In special circumstances, if there are obvious errors or discrepancies that do not meet the agreed-upon terms, we will make corresponding corrections or replacements.
  3. Refund Processing
    We will review your refund request upon receipt, and the refund will be processed as soon as possible after the review is completed. The processing time for refunds is usually 7-14 business days. The refund will be returned to you via your original payment method.
  4. Service Correction
